We've been doing this in West Chester since 2010. People join for the training. They stay for everything else.

Every Saturday at 8:00 AM. No commitment, no pressure. Show up, train with the group, meet the coaches. One dollar.

Fundamentals ($85)
A short series of sessions where you learn the movements, the terminology, and how everything works.

Month-to-month, 6-month, or annual — all include unlimited coached group training.
