What the classes mean

Class types

WOD

Workout of the Day — our core group CrossFit class. Coached, scaled to you.

LIFT

Strength-focused barbell session. Squat, press, pull — built around a structured cycle.

Community Class

Saturday 8:00 AM. Free for members, $1 for first-timers. Bring a friend.

Comp Class

Saturday 7:00 AM. Higher-volume training for athletes prepping for competition.

HYROX

Sunday 10:00 AM. Endurance + functional fitness in HYROX race format.

Youth Summer Training Program

Strength and movement for young athletes. M/W/F 11:00 AM.

Yoga

Breath, mobility, and strength on the mat. Multiple formats throughout the week — Sunrise Flow, Rise and Align, Grounded Alignment, Midweek Reset, and the express Friday 45.

Pilates Foundations

Thursday 11:00 AM. Core-focused mat Pilates — build control, stability, and strength from the ground up.
