Come to our Saturday $1 Community Class

No commitment. No sign-up process. No intimidation. Every Saturday at 8:00 AM, we open the doors for our Community Class — just $1. You'll train with the group, get coached through every movement, and see exactly what Cornerstone is. Most people who walk in feeling nervous walk out wondering why they waited so long.

When: Saturdays at 8:00 AM. A coached group workout, 45–60 minutes, scaled to your level.

Start with a Fundamentals session · $85

Before joining regular group classes, we often recommend a Fundamentals session — a 1:1 where a coach gives you a tour of our space and walks you through the foundational movements, terminology, and pacing of our workouts and classes. This isn't about gatekeeping. It's about setting you up to feel confident and safe from the first group class onward. Not everyone needs this, but for those who are interested we're here to make you feel right at home. If you need more than one session, a coach can help you build a custom onboarding plan.

If you have a CrossFit background and just want to check out the gym before committing, you're welcome to drop in. Single class: $25. Week pass: $60.

Questions people usually ask before their first class.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. That's what the training is for. The program is designed to scale to where you are on day one — not where you think you should be.

I've never done CrossFit. Is this for me?

Yes. Most of our members had never done CrossFit before they joined. The Fundamentals program is specifically built to bring you up to speed on your own timeline.

What does a typical class look like?

A warm-up, skill or strength work, and a workout — all coached and typically 45–60 minutes. Class sizes are kept small enough that coaches can work with everyone individually.

What ages do you serve?

Everyone from teenagers to members well into their 70s and beyond. The programming and coaching is designed to work for every stage of life.

Do you offer anything besides CrossFit?

Yes — personal training, Pilates, yoga, nutrition coaching, youth training, and more.

What if I have an injury?

Talk to us before class. Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and scaling movements appropriately. Brandon, our head coach, specializes in helping people regain full function.
