Our group classes are the heart of Cornerstone — CrossFit-based, coached every session, and designed to develop real fitness that holds up over time. No experience required.

What you're building

More than CrossFit.

Classes are 45–60 minutes and led by a certified coach from start to finish. Nothing is left to chance.

Scaling isn't a downgrade. It's how the program works. An athlete lifting 200 pounds and a beginner lifting 65 pounds can train side by side in the same class, both being pushed appropriately, both getting stronger. The coach manages that. That's the job.

They watch your movement and give real-time feedback. They adjust your scaling if a workout is too easy or too hard. They remember what you were working on last week. They know when you're having a hard day and when to push anyway.
