Why this exists

The programs you've tried weren't built for this.

Most fitness programs were designed for 25-year-old men, then repackaged in a different color for everyone else. They don't account for the hormonal shifts, the sleep changes, the joints that talk back, or the fact that you're juggling work, family, and aging parents.

This program does. It's built specifically for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want to get genuinely strong, eat in a way they can sustain, and feel like themselves again — with a coach who actually knows their name.

What's included

Coaching, programming, and nutrition — together, not bolted on.

01

4:1 coached small groups

Four women, one coach. Every rep watched, every program adjusted to you. Not a class. Not 1-on-1 pricing.

02

Strength built for this season

Heavy enough to protect bone density and muscle. Smart enough to respect joints, sleep, and recovery in your 40s, 50s, and 60s.

03

Nutrition coaching included

Monthly 1:1 nutrition check-ins with habit goals, protein targets, and real-life adjustments — no meal plans you'll abandon by Friday.

04

Hormone-aware programming

Training that accounts for perimenopause and menopause: strength, power, and conditioning that actually move the needle on body composition and energy.

05

A coach who knows you

Beth and the team remember your knee, your travel week, your stressful quarter. You won't get lost in a crowd of 20.

06

Measurable progress

Quarterly check-ins on strength, body composition, and the lifestyle metrics that matter — sleep, energy, mood.

Who it's for

You don't have to be fit first.

You don't need to lose ten pounds before you walk in. You don't need to know what a kettlebell swing is. You don't need to be "good at working out." Those are the exact things we're here to help with.

  • Women in perimenopause or menopause noticing changes in strength, weight, or energy
  • Returning to lifting after a long break — or starting for the first time
  • Already active but tired of programs that don't account for this stage of life
  • Wanting nutrition support without a restrictive diet or a tracking app you'll quit
  • Looking for a small, consistent group of women training alongside you
I'm 52 and stronger now than I was at 35. Beth meets me where I am, the group keeps me accountable, and the nutrition piece finally clicked — without weighing my food or hating my life.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

I've never lifted weights. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of the women in this program started here. You'll learn the lifts in the first two weeks with a coach beside you the whole time.
How is this different from a regular class?
Groups are capped at four. Programming is written for this population. Nutrition coaching is built in. You're not following along — you're being coached.
What does the nutrition coaching look like?
A monthly 1:1 with Beth: a short conversation, two or three habit goals, and a check-in the following month. No apps to log into unless you want to.
Do I need to commit to all three days?
Two days a week is the floor. Three is the sweet spot for women in this season. We'll help you build the schedule.
What if I'm already a Cornerstone member?
This program runs alongside your membership. Existing members get a discounted add-on rate — ask Beth when you reach out.
