The goal

Built for explosive athletes

We focus on four things: plyometrics, strength training, mobility, and recovery. Each week pairs one coached in-gym session with a dedicated take-home workout.

Jump higher

Measurable gains in vertical jump height, tested at the start, middle, and end.

React faster

Build reactive strength and power so every takeoff is quicker off the floor.

Move better

Speed, agility, and athleticism that carry straight onto the court or field.

Train smarter

Athletes learn the why, so they can keep developing on their own after the program.

Your coaching team

Meet the coaches

Coach Courtney and Coach Sam bring collegiate athletic experience and years of youth coaching to Jump Lab. Every session is coached and scaled to the athlete, whether they’re new to training or already competing.
