I’ve loved CrossFit and was hooked since day 1. Not only has it changed me physically and mentally but It has also made me a better version of myself in all aspects of my life.
At this moment, being a mom of 2 toddlers with no family around makes it hard to have the same motivation I used to have; plus there’s not much time to do the extra work needed to become better at the sport. However, I always show up because I know I will feel better once I’m there. It’s that unconditional and sincere support that you get from each person!
