What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Cornerstone?
Prior to joining Cornerstone, I shied away from doing certain movements, lifting a
certain amount of weight because I didn’t feel comfortable or confident in myself. As
a result, it inhibited my ability to be present and to be #Allin My advice would be to:
1. Leave your fears at the door
2. Don’t underestimate yourself
3. Believe you are capable because YOU ARE STRONGER than you think!
(Words from my very own Tribe Coach @brandonrussellkillin, YOU TRULY
4. HAVE NO IDEA HOW STRONG YOU ARE)
