What was your number one goal when you started at Cornerstone?
- We’ve been members of Cornerstone since before it was even called that. Back then, I was tired of feeling like I was aging too fast—low energy, overweight, and generally unhappy with myself.
What was your biggest challenge keeping you from achieving that goal?
- I needed someone to keep me accountable. Having a personal trainer waiting for me at a set time gave me that push to keep showing up. Now, I’m over 2,400 days into a daily workout streak—so I’d say it worked!
In what ways have the coaches impacted your success?
- Over the years, my workouts have been continuously tailored to help build on my strengths and overcome my weaknesses.
How has your success empowered you in other areas of your life?
- Prioritizing my health and fitness has become a top priority, and now I feel confident inspiring others to get off the couch and get active.
How has the community helped you grow?
- When Cindy and I walk in each morning, it feels like we’re among friends who are there to support and encourage us.
Complete the statement….I am #allin Cornerstone because…
- …because I want to live to be 120 years old!
