What do you do when you are not at Cornerstone? (occupation, hobbies, etc.): I enjoy time with friends, family. Keeping active outside of Cornerstone, I LOVE SOCCER, hiking and biking. I also love all things Ohio State (GO BUCKS!)
What is your favorite workout movement?
Clean and jerk!!
What is your least favorite movement your Coach makes you do? : wall balls
What is your favorite accomplishment since becoming a part of Cornerstone?
Staying consistent, and being more aware of listening to my body!
What is something about yourself that we might not know?
I enjoy being in the air whether it’s a helicopter or plane or jumping out of one 😉
What advice would you give to someone just getting started in personal training at Cornerstone?
If you’re on the fence, go for it, say yes to things that scare you because you’ll be glad you tried/did it
What goals do you have for the rest of 2022?

I feel like we come together for one hour to better ourselves and encourage each other! There are so many people here who want to help and see each other succeed, you can’t get that just anywhere!
