What do you love about being here?

Being a part of the coaching staff and diverse community of like minded people that challenge each other outside their comfort zone and provide the support and motivation to be and do better. 

What do you do outside of Cornerstone? 

I am a mom and chauffeur to two teenage girls, the Head Chef and Event Coordinator to the Masters’ household, Nutrition Coach with Cornerstone Nutrition and a Coach with Cornerstone Fitness.

What’s your advice for someone just starting out  

To trust the process. Scaling the workouts is important so you spend the time learning form, movement and techniques. Record your workouts in SugarWod…there is nothing better than looking back at where you started so you can see your progress over time. And get to know other members. There is no other place where you will be able to surround yourself with such a diverse group of encouragers, supporters and people that just want the best for you.
