Meet Coach Beth
How did you find your way to Cornerstone?
I found my way to Cornerstone after our move from Baltimore, Maryland to Ohio in June 2019. I dropped into a few local gyms searching for the same community feel that I had loved about my gym in Maryland. As soon as I took my first class at Cornerstone, I knew I had found my new gym home.
Why are you passionate about coaching?
I wanted to coach because it combines my Education background with my passions for health/longevity, helping others, and sharing my own auto-immune health journey…what I have learned along the way and am now able to share with others so they can also feel their best.
I love that I get to TEACH. Teach movement(s), scaling options, plan for how to break down moves, skills and workouts (just like I used to plan lessons for the classroom).
Coaching provides me the opportunities to impact member’s health during their time at the gym but also to be a part of how it flows into other areas of their day to day life outside of the gym. Whether that is improved strength, mindset, nutrition, confidence, time management, relationships, etc.
Who are your favorite clients to help?
My favorite clients to help are women over 40 who are feeling like what used to work for them with their fitness and nutrition doesn’t anymore. They want to make lifestyle changes, improve strength, have more energy, feel more confident, learn more about hormones, nutrition & healthy habits but need guidance/support/education/accountability.
I’m #allin Cornerstone because…
I am #allin Cornerstone because I get to surround myself with a community of like minded people working to continually improve in all areas of health and longevity.
