What is your favorite accomplishment since becoming a part of Cornerstone?  Overcoming my fear and showing up to class consistently.

What is something about yourself that we might not know?  I was a pitcher and played college softball.

What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Cornerstone?  Just keep showing up!  Continue to make small goals and the community will help you grow and get where you want to be.

What goals do you have for the rest of 2021?  Work on my gymnastic skills (kipping and handstands) and nutrition.

Fill in the blank: I’m #allin Cornerstone because … The pandemic was getting the best of me!  I signed up to get out of the house, move my body, and help relieve stress.  Those things have happened, but little did I know that I would find something much more!  I found a place that is accepting, helps push you to be better, and encourages you to try new things.  I love how welcoming the community has been and am excited to continue to grow with them!
