Name: Jenn Brumley
What was your number one goal when you started at Cornerstone?
I wanted to work out consistently and push myself harder
What was your biggest challenge keeping you from achieving that goal?
Prior to coming to Cornerstone, I worked out on my own, so it was definitely easier for me to quit when I was feeling tired or not challenge myself to lift heavier
In what ways have the coaches impacted your success?
There are so many new moves that I was unfamiliar with before I came here. All of the coaches are always so helpful, patient and encouraging. I love that I feel comfortable to ask any of them questions.
How has your success empowered you in other areas of your life?
I’ve realized as I age that the most important part of fitness to me is to build strength, mobility and flexibility, which impacts all parts of my daily life. I want to be strong, healthy and around for a while!
How has the community helped you grow?
I feel like the community welcomed me with open arms. Everyone is so nice, encouraging and builds and lifts each other up. I miss all of my gym buddies when I’m out of town, and they notice when I’m not there, which makes me really feel part of something.
Complete the statement….I am #allin Cornerstone because…
