GRACEfully Strong

Fitness and community for WOMEN!

Many women find themselves struggling with health, hormones, food or fitness. 

This program combines strength, endurance, yoga and pilates class with additional planned walking groups. We also discuss nutrition and lifestyle topics.

Our goal is to create a supportive community where women can share their experiences and motivate each other. By addressing both physical and mental well-being, we aim to empower women to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Pilates

Move better, feel better

Cornerstone’s 1:1 Pilates training focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and strength to enhance posture, coordination, balance and performance.

Coach Stacey has over 25 years experience of training clients in Pilates. She trains clients in a private room at Cornerstone with reformers and Pilates equipment.

Stacey specializes in client’s with chronic pain, pelvic floor issues and sports performance for athletes.

Nutrition and Wellness Support

A lot of “diets” and plans fail. It’s hard to change habits without guidance, feedback, accountability, and support.

That’s why we pair you with a nutrition coach who has been trained and certified to teach you how to fuel your body through proper nutrition. We understand that every person is different…so we will develop a 100% custom nutrition plan that is personalized to your goals, lifestyle and preferences. Then, we will provide the guidance and support on how to actually implement and live out your nutrition plan in order to accomplish your goals.

Through our partnership with The Muscle Center, Cornerstone offers a full schedule of yoga classes to our clients. These classes are included in our class memberships.

Designed to release your mind, relax your muscles and strengthen your core, yoga is the perfect addition to your wellness routine.

Yoga can be perfect for that active recovery day and can help with parasympathetic balance to counter those intense strength or cardio workouts.

Youth Training

Fitness for Kids

We offer a variety of youth training options. Classes are broken down into age groups.

Our goal is to teach kids safe, quality movement and get them comfortable in the gym. We play games and make it a positive environment so they learn fitness can be fun!

We have emphasis on building a foundation of strength but also work with the kids on speed, agility, power, explosion and endurance. They will be better at ANY sport if they are training with us!
