Coach Stacey, with over 25 years of experience, leads these personalized sessions. She conducts her training in a private room at Cornerstone, equipped with reformers and Pilates apparatus.
Stacey has expertise in working with clients dealing with chronic pain and pelvic floor issues. Additionally, she specializes in improving sports performance for athletes.
