We want to know more about you, your life, and your goals. What has created success for you in the past and where have you struggled? We want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good this time.

Step 2

Starting for the last time

PT First = Safety First

The best way to prevent injury and be in this for the long game is to learn proper form and mechanics of movement. Coaches at Cornerstone will teach to move safely, why we do certain movements and how to scale/modify to meet your own needs. You will work at your own pace with these personal training sessions customized to you and your needs.

Step 3

Fitness for life

Hybrid Membership

Now you’re ready to start group training alongside some great people. Your coach for life will keep you on track with regular 1 on 1s, but the social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach your full potential!
