Join us for our annual Memorial Day Murph workout. We are bringing back the rolling heats again this year. Doors will open at 7am and the 1st heat will head out for the mile run at 7:30am. Heats will run every 20 minutes. Sign up in the gym starting the week before.
This event is open to all community members, friends, and family. There are several ways to scale or partner up this workout for all fitness levels.
Pancakes and beverages after each heat!
